A quiet assistantfor every meeting
It listens to system audio, transcribes speech on your own machine and prints prompts while the conversation is still going — without ever appearing on screen.
- Speech is transcribed locally
- The overlay stays out of recordings
- No bot in the participant list
Listens. Thinks. Answers.
Three states of the overlay while the conversation runs.
- 01Listens
Audio comes from the output device: the microphone stays free, the meeting notices nothing.
- 02Thinks
Speech is transcribed on your machine, fragment by fragment, while the question is still being asked.
- 03Answers
The answer lands in the overlay before it is your turn to speak.
Everything a conversation needs
Nothing extra: audio capture, transcription, the answer and invisibility.
Local transcription
whisper.cpp on your own processor. Audio never leaves the computer.
Your choice of provider
Ollama, OpenAI, Groq, OpenRouter or your own OpenAI-compatible endpoint.
Invisibility
The overlay is excluded from screen capture by the operating system itself.
Click-through
The overlay never gets in the way: clicks pass straight through — Ctrl+Shift+F12.
Screenshot to the model
Ctrl+Shift+S sends what is on screen together with your question.
Two themes, one overlay
The card takes its theme from the same place the app does.

How do we now calculate shipping cost on a partial dispatch?
Pro rata by the weight actually dispatched: the base rate is multiplied by the share of the batch. That is clause 4.2 of the contract, which also sets the minimum shipment weight.
What leaves your machine
- Audio — never.
- Transcribed text — only with a cloud provider selected.
- With local Ollama, nothing at all.
- The API key is never written to disk.
It is not in your screen share
The overlay lives on top of your windows and is excluded from screen capture at the system level.
- It does not join meetings
- It is invisible in screen shares and recordings
- Clicks pass straight through it

What the recording sees
Free, or by subscription
Speech recognition and the overlay run locally and cost nothing. The subscription opens cloud answers: the model replies during the meeting, and the limits and the price are here.

Swipe sideways — there are two plans
Payments are not connected yet — leave your address and we will write when sales open.
A licence per workstation: the key, builds for Windows and macOS, and version updates. The only separate cost is the model provider, if you pick a cloud one; local Ollama costs nothing.
It depends on the plan — the number of seats is on the pricing page. The key activates on your own devices and the activations are listed in your account.
Audio — nothing. Transcribed text and anything you type travel only with a cloud provider. With Ollama, nothing does.
Yes, with local Ollama: both transcription and answers. With a cloud provider the network is needed only while the model is answering.
No. The operating system excludes the overlay from screen capture, so in a screen share or a recording there is simply nothing there.
No. No plugins and no extra participant: the app listens to what is already playing through the system.
The app listens to your own conversations and does not record other people's meetings. Consent requirements depend on your country — check your local rules.
It appears in your account right after sign-up and we email it to you. Confirming the address is mandatory.
Put it next to you at the next meeting.
