1. Seller

Seller: details to be confirmed. Support email: support@sotto-voce.space. Until these details are filled in, nothing is sold and the site accepts registrations only.

2. Rights to the software

The exclusive rights to the Sotto voce application and its name belong to the seller: the software is developed and distributed by the seller, so no separate right holder's consent is needed to sell it. The application is distributed freely and free of charge — the paid subscription pays for cloud answers, not for the software. The application uses components under open licences; their list and texts are on the third-party licences page.

3. Subject

The seller provides access to the application's cloud answers for the paid period (a subscription). Speech recognition, the overlay and file handling run on the user's computer and do not depend on the subscription.

4. Plans and price

The free plan requires no payment. The paid subscription is 299 R per month or 2 999 R per year. Prices are quoted in roubles and include the seller's applicable taxes. The seller may change prices; a change does not affect a period already paid for.

5. Payment procedure

Payment is made through a payment provider connected by the seller. The payment is one-off for the chosen period; automatic renewal is not enabled without the buyer's separate consent.

6. When access is granted

Access is granted as soon as the payment is confirmed: the subscription activates in your account, where its end date and remaining limits are shown. There is no separate key and no separate delivery.

7. Delivery

No delivery is required: the product is digital. The application is downloaded from the site free of charge with no time limit, and cloud access is enabled in your account. The seller ships nothing physically and charges no delivery costs.

8. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and payment cancellation are described on the refunds page. Cancelling a subscription does not block the account: access works until the end of the paid period, then the free plan applies.

9. Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. Your audio is never transmitted to the seller's servers; a cloud answer does send the recognised text, because the answer cannot be produced otherwise.
