End user licence agreement

1. Subject

The right holder grants you a non-exclusive right to use the Sotto voce application (the Application). The Application is distributed freely and free of charge; the paid subscription gives access to cloud answers under the public offer. The exclusive rights to the Application belong to the right holder.

2. Devices

Cloud access is tied to your account and to the devices signed in to it: no more than two, and extra ones are unbound in your account. Speech recognition and the overlay run on your computer and are not tied to the account.

3. What is prohibited

• Distributing, selling, renting out or transferring the Application or the key to third parties.
• Decompiling, disassembling or otherwise studying the Application, except where the law expressly permits it.
• Circumventing technical protection measures, modifying or removing the right holder's notices.
• Using the Application to record conversations without the participants' consent where such consent is required by law.

4. Updates

The right of use includes version updates released by the right holder. The right holder may release new versions and discontinue support for older ones.

5. No warranty

The Application is provided as is. The right holder does not warrant that it fits your purposes, runs without errors or is compatible with every hardware and software configuration.

6. Limitation of liability

The right holder is not liable for lost profit or indirect losses. Total liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the licence.

7. Revocation

If these terms are breached, the right holder may revoke cloud access and block the account. The Application running on your computer does not depend on that.

8. Governing law

The law of the seller's country applies. The seller's details are published in the offer and in the site footer.
