What the site collects, why, how long it is kept and how to delete your account. Your audio never reaches the servers.

Updated October 1, 2026

1. What is collected

  • Email address — for signing in and confirming the address.
  • Password hash — to verify sign-in. The password itself is not stored.
  • Devices used for cloud access: operating system, app version, device fingerprint.
  • Recognised text — only when a cloud answer is used. It is kept in your account and deleted there.
  • Usage: request count, tokens, cost and time to first answer. Without the text of requests.
  • IP address and User-Agent string — in the event log: sign-ins, registrations, downloads, rate-limit refusals.

2. What is not collected

Your audio never reaches the seller's servers: speech recognition runs on your computer and sound does not leave your machine. Meeting recordings, screen contents and file contents are not stored on the server. The seller does not use the texts to train models.

3. Why

The data is needed for sign-in, cloud answers, limit accounting and support. It is not used for advertising or profiling.

4. Who it is shared with

  • The payment provider — to the extent needed to take the payment.
  • The model provider — the recognised text of the request: without it no answer can be produced. Audio is not sent to it either.
  • Nothing else is shared, except where the law expressly requires it. Data is never sold.

5. How long it is kept

  • Cloud history transcripts: 7 days on the free plan, no expiry on the paid one.
  • Usage and the event log: 12 months, then deleted automatically.
  • Account data: for as long as the account exists.

6. How to delete

Cloud history is deleted with one button in your account. The whole account is deleted there too, in the danger zone: it is deactivated, sessions are revoked and the subscription stops. Next to it is a single-file JSON export covering everything held about you: the account, the subscription, devices, cloud history with transcripts and usage by day. Export before deleting: once deleted there is nothing to restore.

7. Requests

Personal data requests go to the support address shown in the site footer.
